Shanghai standardization training series concludes
A seminar for quality management system, the last course in Shanghai standardization training series drew to a close in Shanghai Quality Association on Nov 24.
Nigel Croft, doctor in International Standardization Organization (ISO) made a keynote speech on the course. He introduced the evolution process and development trend of ISO quality management system standard and detailed how quality management system standards promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
Hosted by Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision (SMBQTS), Shanghai standardization training series aims to service the development of medium and micro-sized enterprises as well as enhance the standardization's contribution and influence to Shanghai's economic development.
Shanghai has totally held 16 training courses for standardization where over 3,000 trainees including thousands of entrepreneurs have received professional training. Training content involves agricultural food products, textiles products and other concerning fundamental standardization works as well as other key fields including housekeeping, pension service, and exhibition industry.
Additionally, some experts in ISO and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) were also invited to share ideas in an international perspective to inspire the passion of enterprises in Shanghai.
