Shanghai holds meeting for quality control follow-up

At the meeting, Shanghai Deputy Mayor Chen Ying said his instruction to the city’s quality control and supervision agencies is to enhance the sense of risks and standards, and call for more interest groups to the arduous and essential task of co-building Shanghai into a globally competitive city for its attainments in innovative quality research and practice.
SMBQTS Party Secretary and Director Huang Xiaolu reported on the quality control and supervision work of Shanghai in 2016 and the major targets to achieve in 2017.
Shen Weimin, deputy director and spokesman of SMBQTS, gave an account of the work done by district governments in Shanghai, service assessments by various industries and the progress of the “Shanghai Quality” project.
